What to do if an error message such as “E1” or “E2” appears?
“E1” indicates an incorrectly applied cuff or loose air tube. “E2” occurs if movement happened during measurement or the pulse is weak. In both cases, rest for 5 minutes and repeat with the cuff correctly applied.
