How do I put the cuff on correctly?
Place the cuff on the left upper arm at heart level. The tube should point downward, and the marker on the cuff should lie over the artery. The edge of the cuff should sit 2€“3 cm above the elbow crease. It should be snug but not too tight, you should be able to fit one finger between the cuff and the arm.
